A Quick Guide to the US Constitution
This here is a quick guide to the Constitution of the United States of America, which is the most important and influencing document we have. There are several parts; first comes the Preamble, next come the 7 Articles, then the first ten amendments (The Bill of Rights) and finally the other 17 amendments. The Preamble is the grand introduction. The Articles define the powers, limitations, and qualifications of the different parts of the new federal government. The first ten amendments to the Constitution, better known as the Bill of Rights, give the major freedoms to the citizens of the U.S.A. The other 17 amendments give rights in the same manner as the first ten, but are not part of the Bill of Rights and weren't ratified as sequentially. The Constitution is the ultimate framework, or structure for the past and current U.S.A. All citizens must follow it and respect it.
